Behind the Magic
DR STEL -Â AUTHOR, ANIMATOR & COMPOSER
Dr Stel is a Black female physician and multidisciplinary storyteller bringing Stellaria to life across page, animation and music.
By day, she works in medicine. By night, she writes the Stellaria trilogy, develops its animated world and composes its original score.

Inspired by the sweeping wonder of classic fantasy storytelling and the emotional beauty of traditional animation, she is building a world of friendship, courage and ancient magic - one chapter, frame and score at a time.
